My place of employment's library ordered two copies of the volume 1 and pages 1 through 561 have misprints (both copies) where the page numbers PLUS two characters of text from the end every line in the rightmost column are cut off on the ODD pages. Many people will not notice this at all at a glance until trying to read. The book is EXCELLENT if the printing gets fixed. Unfortunately when my library returned to Amazon and had two new copies shipped, the new ones also had the same misprint --- this is a Wiley Press quality control issue and they probably got the first print all wrong on VOL 1 and Amazon happened to be sitting an multiple copies... Like I said, it is difficult to notice this misprint until reading and realizing you don't know the ending of some of the lines. Therefore even Amazon likely didn't notice they are probably sitting on all faulty copies
